Halfway between the old town and the finest beaches
The living room opens wide onto the terrace and the pool. This central room leads on one side to two bedrooms and a bathroom; on the other, to the kitchen, which also opens onto the terrace, shaded by a large wooden pergola.
Upstairs, a large bedroom with its own shower room and private terrace looks out over Porto-Vecchio against a backdrop of mountains — where the lights of the Ospedale glimmer in the evening.
In the garden, a large barbecue with its own stone sink lets you cook the fish you caught at sea or in the river… or bought from the right fisherman down at the port.
The living spaces
The living room is the heart of the house: bedrooms on one side, kitchen on the other, and it opens wide onto the terrace. Room enough for eight at dinner, and a corner to work or read in.
One bedroom, one colour
Each has its own. It is how the family finds its way around the house.

With young children
The living-room sliding door and the kitchen door onto the terrace can both be locked shut. The pool is protected by a submerged alarm, the garden is fully walled, and all the baby equipment is already here: cot, high chair, changing mat, child-sized crockery, blender.
The bathrooms
Two bathrooms. The raspberry bedroom has its own; the other is shared by the ground-floor bedrooms.
The pool and the terrace
5 × 10 m, decked all the way round, protected by a submerged alarm. The oleanders flower from May to September, and in the evening the view runs to the mountains of the Ospedale.
Long tables and the barbecue
A large granite table in the garden, next to the barbecue, and another under the pergola by the kitchen. The barbecue is stone-built and sheltered, lit for the evening, with its worktop and stone sink.
The garden and the grounds
Walled and planted, with an electric gate and private parking. A pétanque court, fruit trees, and pink walls the bougainvillea is steadily covering.
